A lot of these pictures were taken by me, but a significant portion were taken by others. Sorry if any of them that were not taken by me don’t have proper attribution in their descriptions (many of them do, most probably do not). It was hard to keep track over the years as I collected all these photos, and I didn’t even plan on making a website and posting all these photos until this year. Please let me know if I missed your attribution and you would like for me to add it.
Most of the really old “Eagle’s Roost” photos came from uncle Dick’s personal collection. He tracked down some awesome historical photos and he took a lot of great pictures himself. Tim also shared a bunch of his historical Roost photos. He and I had a great time sorting through them this past Thanksgiving. I also took a few of the pics in that album, and the rest were taken by unknowns and simply collected by one of us. Dick and Tim, thanks again for sharing and helping me sort through all these pictures!
Most of the really cool helicopter photos from the June 2009 set were taken by Kodiak Greenwood. He sent them to me several years ago to add to my flickr collection. Thank you Kodiak!
The “Fire & Ash” pictures were taken by Tim, Dick, Kodiak and probably other people as well.
I’ve also shamelessly appropriated various photos from friends and family and strangers, which are sprinkled throughout. I stalked your Facebook pages and combed through emails to collect those pictures. Thanks for your contributions 😉 Special shout out to Karen, who took my absolute favorite picture of all time.
NOTE TO ANYONE WHO HAS EVER BEEN TO 20 ACRES: I would love to add some of your favorite pictures to this collection. Whether pictures of the past, pictures of the build, or pictures of your more recent adventures. So if you feel like sharing, please send them my way! And for the love of my own sanity as I’m trying to keep things organized and chronological, PLEASE INCLUDE DATES IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!! Even better, check/update your metadata for the “date taken” to make sure it’s correct. Also, many of you SERIOUSLY need to set the proper date and time on your cameras. It might save someone COUNTLESS HOURS in the future 😛
